We keep the bar high and inspire others to do the same through our work.
We are honest, direct, and courageous in sharing our reflections and authentic selves.
We are nimble, creative, and improvisational. Grounded in our experience and careful listening, we fearlessly choose to pivot and follow the flow when a situation requires.
We believe work and life offer boundless opportunities for win-for-all outcomes. We welcome clients open to looking closely at limiting beliefs.

She began her professional career at a large consulting firm and subsequently left that role to found her own coaching and facilitation practice. Over the past two decades, she has worked with thousands of executives – often with leaders or organizations she can’t disclose – bringing tools of conscious leadership and insights on human dynamics to leaders and their teams across the globe.
Kaley graduated with a BA and MA in Organizational Behavior from Stanford University. She lives with her husband and daughter in Boulder, Colorado.
Sue draws on her success across three different careers to offer her counsel as an invaluable resource to leaders. She was a civil rights prosecutor at the U.S. Department of Justice. She founded an e-commerce startup at the dawn of the consumer internet and then left the law to become a tech exec. She co-founded and led one of the first investment funds and accelerators focused on companies with at least one woman in leadership. And she is now a sought-after executive coach and facilitator, having launched immersive conscious leadership “camps” for teens, women, and executives, and having worked as a “company coach” for unicorn companies in tech.
Sue graduated with a BA from Oberlin College and a JD and MA from Duke University. She lives with her partner between Chicago and Boulder.
